How is the price calculated?

R$ 150 per person per day × 4 days × the house's maximum capacity, plus a R$ 980 cleaning fee. It is the fixed price for the whole house: with fewer people, the house price stays the same.

Can I have guests who are not staying overnight?

Yes. Each guest costs R$ 100 per person per day. The house is residential: background music at a moderate volume, turned down from 10 PM and off by midnight. Live bands, DJs and professional sound systems are not allowed.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in from 2 PM on 06/02/2027 and check-out by 10 AM on 10/02/2027.

How do I book?
