🔑 Your arrival

Check-in from 2 PM. The access instructions (exact address, gate and keys/code) are sent by WhatsApp before your arrival.

Fill in the online check-in to speed everything up — it takes 2 minutes.

🏡 How the house works

• Kitchen: equipped with utensils, gas and detergent to get started.
• Barbecue: gas and charcoal (bring your charcoal; use for a fee — see the Rules).
• Washer-dryer: available in the kitchen for guests' use.
• Pool: enjoy! Children always with adult supervision.
• Jacuzzi/spa: with the whole-house rental, the jacuzzi may be used once a day for 4 hours at no extra charge.
• Rubbish: bag it and leave it at the indicated collection point.
• Noise: moderate sound at all times; after 10 PM, reduced volume (condominium rule).

👋 Check-out

By 10 AM. Before you leave: please turn off the air conditioning units, wash the dishes, discard perishables, bag the rubbish and leave the keys in the bedroom locks and the gate remote on the pool table or at the caretaker's house. The team starts the outdoor cleaning at 8 AM.
