What is Grupo Villela Stay?
It is the Brazilian company Augusto Villela Ltda (tax ID 56.776.526/0001-12), based in Brasília, Brazil, which runs short-stay accommodation in Lago Sul and develops the management systems on this page. Each system was built to solve a problem in its own operation before being sold to anyone else.
Do I need a credit card to try it?
No. The subscription systems come with a 14-day trial and no card required. You sign up, use everything and decide at the end — if you do not subscribe, nothing is charged.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
You can. There is no lock-in and no cancellation penalty, and you can export your data before leaving.
Is my data kept in Brazil? What about data protection?
Every subscriber has a database isolated from the others, with an access audit trail, role-based permissions and export on demand — the design follows Brazilian data-protection law. Payment is processed by Mercado Pago; card data never passes through our systems.
Do the systems talk to each other? Is there a single sign-on?
Not today, and we would rather say so before you subscribe: each system has its own login, its own database and its own billing. What they share is the same infrastructure, the same interface standard and the same company behind them. Integration between them is done through the API, available on the higher plans.
Who provides support?
The team that builds it, in Portuguese, with no outsourced support layer. It is a small operation — and that is precisely why you talk to someone who understands the system.
What else is the group building?
Three platforms already run in production and have not yet launched commercially: Villela Kids · Invente (creative learning for children), Closet Club (clothing rental marketplace), Vitrine (buy-and-sell marketplace). Each one lists on this page what is still missing before launch — usually legal review, inventory or payment credentials, not code.
Are the screens shown on this page real?
They are faithful reproductions of the systems’ screens, built with the same interface and the same modules — with invented data. A real panel contains client and guest names, and that is not something you publish. To see the real system, use the 14-day trial.
Does Villela CRM import my current contacts?
Yes. You upload a contact spreadsheet and map which column is name, phone, email and source. The 14-day trial exists precisely so you can migrate without rushing.
What is the difference between Villela CRM and Villela Growth OS?
Growth OS is the CRM’s evolution, in the same system and the same login: the CRM handles the lead up to the sale; Growth OS adds the revenue layer — organisations, targets, forecast and the numbers the owner looks at.
Does Stay Manager replace Airbnb and Booking?
No — it organises them. You keep selling on the channels, and the system brings bookings, calendar and finances into one place, preventing overbooking between them.
Does it work for someone with just one or two properties?
It does. The entry plan is sized for the independent host — the whole point is giving the big operators’ management machine to someone with no consultant and no expensive onboarding.
Can Villela Legal’s AI invent case law?
Research comes split into two blocks: what was verified in the full text and what is still a hypothesis. Nothing ships without that split, and every draft is stamped as a DRAFT for review by a licensed lawyer.
Does the system calculate procedural deadlines on its own?
It proposes the calculation under the Civil Procedure Code, but the deadline only becomes effective after a human validates it — and the controls flag every deadline left unvalidated.
Where are my documents stored?
In a repository isolated per company, served over a secure connection and never through a guessable public URL. External sharing is always a password-protected link with an expiry date, revocable in one click.
Does the AI read scanned documents?
It does. OCR converts the scan into searchable text before indexing, so a scanner PDF enters search and cited answers just like any other file.
How is this different from Trello or Asana?
Those start at the task. This starts one layer earlier: at the portfolio, where an idea gets feasibility, investment and potential revenue. Only what survives that filter becomes a project with tasks.
How much does it cost to publish a course?
Nothing. There is no monthly fee and no setup fee: the platform charges 8.9% plus R$1 only on an approved sale. If you do not sell, you do not pay.
Where is the virtual tour hosted?
With us. Packages include a 6- or 12-month hosting allowance depending on the bundle; after that, keeping the tour live costs R$29 a month or R$290 a year.
