Casa Modernista was built for the kind of trip where nobody wants to split up. The five suites have their own bathroom and their own door — up to four families fit without getting in each other's way — and they all open onto the same courtyard, the same kitchen and the same long table.
The day tends to end outdoors: the grill lit, the heated pool glowing, a hammock in the covered lounge and a game of pool when the wind cools down. You book directly with the people who look after the house, and the same person answers on WhatsApp during your stay.

Welcome to Casa Modernista, a 400 m² architectural retreat in SHIS QI 7, the heart of Lago Sul — Brasília's greenest and most prestigious residential district. Designed for unhurried stays, the house blends clean modernist lines with the warmth of a true home, comfortably hosting up to 22 guests across five independent en-suite bedrooms — perfect for up to four families travelling together.
