Villa Catetinho solves the classic group-trip problem: people who want to be together all day but sleep apart. There are three 30 m² flats plus Casa Villela, with two suites and a living room of sofa beds, totalling 150 m² and two shared bathrooms for event days.
The leisure area is private and brings everyone together: a full kitchen, a barbecue, a pool and 50 m² of covered space in case of rain. Lago Sul has a milder microclimate than the rest of Brasília — the nearby lake and the altitude take the edge off the dry season.

Villa Catetinho is a flexible, light-filled retreat in the green heart of Lago Sul, near the JK Bridge. Built around three generous 30 m² suites and a private leisure area, it comfortably hosts up to 18 guests — an easy choice for extended families, groups of friends and small celebrations that want space to spread out.
Each suite is roomy and self-contained, and the private leisure area brings everyone together around a swimming pool, a barbecue, a full kitchen and a 50 m² covered space that is perfect whether the Cerrado sun is shining or you simply want shade for a long lunch. Set within a large 12,000 m² estate, the villa offers the rare combination of nature and privacy just minutes from the city.
You are close to the JK Bridge with quick access to the Esplanada dos Ministérios, Asa Sul and Asa Norte of the Plano Piloto. Supermarkets (Atacadão Dia a Dia, Big Box, Carrefour Bairro), pharmacies, bakeries and restaurants are all nearby, and the lake's microclimate keeps the days pleasant year-round. A car or rideshare is the easiest way to explore.
