Three things to agree on before you book
We'd rather make this clear now, before you choose, than let it become a surprise at arrival.
- You are booking a private unit, not the whole house. Your space is yours alone; the house itself is shared with other guests.
- Pool, barbecue, hot tub and kitchen are not included in this rate. They are available for an additional fee, arranged with us before you book. We would rather explain why: each use of those areas requires preparation and cleaning before and after, at a cost higher than the room rate itself. By keeping the two apart, guests who come to work or rest pay a genuinely affordable rate, and guests who want the leisure areas pay only for what they use.
- Check-in from 2 PM, check-out by 10 AM. Arriving earlier or leaving later depends on the house calendar and costs the equivalent of one night, because the unit is then unavailable to the next guest that day. When granted, it gives access to your room, not to the common areas.
We are in a strictly residential neighbourhood in Lago Sul, with neighbours and condominium rules: from 10 PM to 8 AM we ask for quiet. During the day, life goes on as normal. Ask us anything before booking — far better to sort it out now than to find out on arrival.

The house's shared leisure area, with a pool and kitchen, is released for a fee — arrange it in advance and we will have it ready.

The Suíte do Amor is private and sleeps up to 4, with a king-size bed, a double sofa bed, a smart TV, a heater and a spacious bathroom with a hydromassage tub and a double shower. There is also a shared living room with air conditioning, a kitchen sink and a water filter.
The unit sits within Villela Stay, a country house in SMDB Conjunto 29, Lago Sul, set in a peaceful 9,000 m² estate where you can enjoy the nature of the Cerrado just minutes from the city. Your room and bathroom are private, while the pool, full kitchen and leisure area are shared with the guests of the other units. Barbecue, hydromassage spa and laundry are available by arrangement for an additional fee.
You are close to the JK Bridge (about 2 km) and three commercial centres — Atacadão Dia a Dia, Big Box and Carrefour — plus pharmacies, a bakery, a laundry and a 24-hour bank. The city centre and the National Congress are about 11–12 km away. We're always reachable by messaging app for anything you need.
