The unit sits within Villela Stay, a country house in SMDB Conjunto 29, Lago Sul, set in a peaceful 9,000 m² estate where you can enjoy the nature of the Cerrado just minutes from the city. Your room and bathroom are private, while the pool, full kitchen and leisure area are shared with the guests of the other units. Barbecue, hydromassage spa and laundry are available by arrangement for an additional fee.
You are close to the JK Bridge (about 2 km) and three commercial centres — Atacadão Dia a Dia, Big Box and Carrefour — plus pharmacies, a bakery, a laundry and a 24-hour bank.
