Wonderful Country House in a great location, on a farm to enjoy nature and enjoy the fauna and flora of the cerrado in Lago Sul, located in Mansões Dom Bosco, close to QI 23/25 and JK Bridge (2 km), close to excellent lakeside restaurants (Mormaii, Mangai, Nau). In the region there are three shopping centers with a gas station, market, convenience store, pharmacies and restaurants, laundry, bakery and 24-hour bank. We are 11 km from the City Center and the National Congress.

The accommodation consists of 10 containers with four suites and two large bedrooms, two external bathrooms, large kitchen and external laundry, with six bathrooms and accommodates up to 34 people in a king bed, 6 double beds, 6 single beds and 7 sleeper sofas.

The property also has a charcoal and gas barbecue, large and equipped kitchen, heated pool, hot water, solar energy, air conditioning, outdoor fireplace, SPA, bounce house and playground for children.

The space of the house and leisure area is exclusive to guests.

As it is a noble area, the bus system is a little precarious. The most viable transport is car or uber.

Our guests will be able to enjoy the fauna and flora of the cerrado, in land with 9 thousand square meters, where they will be able to enjoy the swimming pool, prepare meals in the equipped kitchen, have a barbecue, play pool, table tennis, exercise on the trampoline, enjoy the sunset on the rooftop or warm up in the outdoor fireplace at night.

When renting the entire house, the leisure area and all the features are exclusive to guests, who will not need to share with anyone.
