The South Lake, where the lodging is located, is the noblest neighborhood of Brasilia, exclusively composed of houses and good shopping centers. Neighborhood created since the beginning of the city, very well located, near the jk airport, near the administrative center, the Superior Courts, the Cathedral, the Museum of the Republic, the National Library, the National Congress, the Planalto Palace, the Monumental Axis where are most of the sights of the city. The house is 500 m from Shopping Gilberto Salomão where there are several shops, Sugar Loaf, Lojas Americanas, Multicoisas, Boticário, Pharmacies, Restaurants, Cafeterias, Banks, Lottery, among others. There are also, periodically, several fairs in the Mall, such as the traditional Antique Fair, Moon Fair, among others. Pontoão, one of the city's best gastronomic centers, is on the edge of Lake Paranoá, less than 2.5 miles away by car.

HOUSE RULES
1. Minimum Age
The minimum age for renting is 18 years.
Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
2. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in: from 2:00 PM.
Check-out: by 10:00 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out is limited to the designated rooms for guests and does not allow access to common areas, the pool, barbecue, or kitchen.
On the check-out day, the cleaning team will begin preparing external areas (leisure and pool) at 8:00 AM to ensure the property is ready for the next guests.
During the stay, the host and maintenance teams may carry out necessary services to ensure the quality of the current and subsequent reservations.
3. Consumables and Supplies
Guests are responsible for bringing personal items such as food, beverages, charcoal, gas, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, cleaning supplies, and similar items.
Provided items are complimentary, and any restocking will be the guests' responsibility.
4. Smoking Policy
Smoking is prohibited indoors, including bedrooms and bathrooms.
Smoking is allowed in outdoor areas, provided ashtrays are used.
5. Pets
Pets are welcome, but they must not use beds, sofas, or furniture.
Cleaning and repairs for damages caused by pets are the responsibility of the guest.
6. Event Policy
Commercial events, subletting, or ticketed entry are prohibited.
Family gatherings require prior authorization and may incur an additional fee for non-guest attendees.
The extra guest for Day Use or an event authorized by the host pays a guest fee of R$ 70.00 per event.
The extra guest authorized by the host pays R$ 120.00 per day of stay.
If, during your event, the guest encounters any issues related to weather conditions, the additional energy load required, or damage to personal or rented equipment, the losses will be the guest's responsibility and not the host's responsibility.
7. Noise and Quiet Hours
Loud music, live bands, DJs, or high-powered sound systems are not allowed.
Quiet Hours: Noise should not exceed 55 decibels from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM and 45 decibels from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Requests to lower the volume must be followed immediately.
8. Condominium Rules
Guests must comply with all condominium regulations.
The Host will provide a gate remote control to the main guest, who must keep the gates closed.
9. Use of Jacuzzi, Spa, or Hot Tub
Allowed once per day for up to 3 hours with prior request and payment of the applicable fee.
Not allowed for groups of more than 15 people.
10. Laundry Room
Use of the laundry room is prohibited as it contains the host’s personal belongings and equipment.
11. Dish and Trash Management
Used dishes must be washed before check-out.
Perishable food items should be discarded, and trash must be bagged appropriately for collection.
12. Penalties for Rule Violations
Violations will result in a penalty of 1 night’s rental rate per occurrence.
Non-compliance with check-in or check-out times will incur a half-night fee if it does not affect other guests, or a full night’s fee if it exceeds 8 hours of delay.
If other guests request a refund or cancel their booking due to violations of check-in/check-out rules, the responsible guest will cover the costs.
13. Additional Fees
Extra guest: R$ 120.00.
Non-guest attendee (events/day-use): R$ 70.00.
Jacuzzi use: R$ 200.00.
Barbecue use: R$ 200.00.
Broken dishes/glasses: R$ 20.00 each.
Gas: R$ 140.00.
Additional pool cleaning: R$ 150.00.
Toilet paper (extra use): R$ 10.00 per person.
Unnecessary air conditioning usage: R$ 50.00.
Excessive electricity usage: R$ 100.00.
Cleaning supplies: R$ 100.00.
14. Natural Phenomena and Supply Disruptions
We are not responsible for water/electricity outages or natural phenomena that may affect the stay.
15. Damages and Lost Items
Damages caused by improper use of items will be charged at their replacement value.
We are not responsible for items left behind.
16. Liability
The main renter is responsible for any incidents or damages caused by themselves, their guests, or invitees.
17. Equipment Maintenance
The property undergoes regular maintenance, but immediate repairs during nighttime, holidays, or due to unavailability of parts or professionals cannot be guaranteed.
Repairs will be carried out as soon as possible, but delays beyond the host’s control are not their responsibility.
18. Equipment Availability
The property offers numerous amenities; occasional failures of specific equipment do not affect the rental value.
Examples: A malfunctioning air conditioner, hot tub, or refrigerator does not justify a refund or cancellation of the reservation.
